A high-performance triathlon coach with over 20 years of experience in both professional and amateur sports.

And what sets me apart from other high-performance coaches is my unique focus on energy work. I help my clients optimise their workouts by harnessing their personal energy.

As a mother of twins, I also understand the complexities of balancing family, business, and personal health.

My focus is to offer a transformative experience for both seasoned athletes and newcomers, backed by decades of expertise in women’s physiology and holistic coaching through uncovering clients’ true potential.
