I decided to work with Aya because I set a big goal for myself – to go from absolutely hating running to becoming a marathon runner within two years. It felt like an almost impossible transformation, but I knew that trying to do it alone would be foolish. Sure, there’s a ton of information online, but most of it is conflicting and generic. A couple of years ago, I tried a traditional “couch to 5K” program, and it was a disaster. I didn’t even make it halfway through. I was running way above my ability, my heart was racing, and it was so disheartening that I gave up.
With Aya, it’s been completely different. She knows exactly how to balance challenge and support, so I’m consistently improving while still feeling accomplished.
Looking back now, after six months of working with Aya, I know with absolute certainty that starting this journey without her would have been a mistake. I likely would’ve either injured myself or given up entirely.

Hi, I am Aya Sinay!
A high-performance triathlon coach with over 20 years of experience in both professional and amateur sports.
I found a way to merge my passion with my career. Remarkably, I won my first world title in long-distance triathlon while working as a flight attendant, and became a National record holder-fastest female ever in Ironman distance triathlon, 9 hrs 6 mins only after becoming a mother of twins.
During my sports career, I have competed in numerous races around the world and raced twice in IRONMAN World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
As a former high-performance athlete, I’ve mastered nutrition, sleep science, and exercise physiology to excel in swimming, cycling and running long distances. I didn’t just follow advice; I wanted to understand why specific strategies worked, so I studied the specific Physiology of women deeply and applied it right away.
What sets me apart from other high-performance coaches is my focus on energy work, helping clients optimise their workouts by harnessing their energy.
As a mother, I also understand the challenges of balancing family, business, and personal health.

We’ll also make sure you know how to rest and recover properly so you feel fresh, stay motivated, and enjoy the journey.
And how to address common challenges
- Staying motivated is key. I’ll help you keep that spark alive, even on the days when it feels hard;
- We’ll cover how to deal with common niggles or injuries and, most importantly, how to prevent them;
- You will learn how to look after your body throughout your menstrual cycle and provide it with exactly what it needs;
